Your content
You keep all rights to the search results and keyword data you submit and to the guidance you generate. You are responsible for making final naming and compliance decisions before listing products.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or in ways that disrupt it for others. We may suspend access that abuses the service.
Payments
MarkLandscape is a paid service billed through our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Always verify generated guidance for accuracy and consult legal counsel for specific IP conflicts before listing products.
